You'll be working side-by-side with our platform, infrastructure, and product teams to make sure our systems can handle anything—from massive traffic spikes on game day to the constant rollout of new features. So, what will you be doing? For starters, you'll own incident response. That means you'll define the procedures, pick the tools, and set the standard for how our whole team handles incidents. You'll also be our champion for Service Level Objectives (SLOs), helping our teams set up and track the metrics that really matter, complete with smart alerting and clear reporting. On top of that, you'll take the lead on capacity planning, making sure our infrastructure is always one step ahead of our growth and ready for whatever comes next.
