### What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our commercial strategy, making sure our products connect with the right people and fuel our growth.
You’ll own the go-to-market plan for our B2B payments and financing products, with a growing focus on our new SaaS platform. That means crafting sharp, clear positioning and messaging that shows off the real-world benefits of our tools. A huge part of your job will be working closely with the Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure our strategy, customer needs, and sales efforts are all in sync. You’ll also get to shape the GTM strategy for our early-stage SaaS products, defining how we talk about them to guarantee a successful launch.
You'll lead the charge on major product launches and campaigns designed to get more people using our financing and payments products. This includes everything from rolling out new features to launching brand-new programs. You’ll team up with Marketing and Sales to build integrated campaigns that cover the entire customer journey, constantly testing and refining your approach to boost adoption, usage, and revenue.
Your work will directly help us hit our revenue targets by giving the Sales and Account teams the tools they need to win. We’re talking about messaging frameworks, killer pitch decks, competitive intel, customer-facing materials, and training sessions. You’ll help us tailor our messaging for contractors, small businesses, enterprise clients, and strategic partners, sharpening our understanding of who our ideal customers are and how to best reach them.
Success here is all about results. You'll define and track the key metrics for product adoption, activation, conversion, and retention. By digging into the data, you’ll uncover insights that help us get better and better at what we do. You’ll also become the go-to expert on our customers—the contractors and home improvement pros—by learning how they run their businesses day-to-day. Through market research and talking directly with them, you’ll translate what you learn into actionable ideas that shape our product roadmap and growth strategy.
### Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a seasoned pro with a strong product marketing background. Here’s what we’re hoping you bring to the table:
* 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing.
* We’d be especially excited if you have at least 4+ years of deep experience in fintech, merchant services, payments tech, or financial services platforms.
* A solid understanding of B2B payments, financing, and the challenges that home improvement businesses face.
* Experience helping new or evolving product lines find their footing, including shaping the go-to-market strategy before a product is even fully built.
* You’re comfortable using common product marketing, analytics, and campaign management tools.
* You have a highly analytical mind but are also a fantastic storyteller who excels at positioning and messaging.
* You’re a great communicator and collaborator who knows how to manage expectations with different stakeholders.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things are always evolving.
