**What You'll Be Doing**
Your main focus will be on boosting our user numbers, engagement, and conversions across social channels like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. A huge part of your job will be staying on top of industry trends, figuring out what our users are interested in, and creating content that gets them excited.
This includes:
* Finding and building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
* Planning and launching creative Web3 marketing campaigns, from reward programs to co-marketing partnerships.
* Nurturing a positive and active online community.
* Jumping into community discussions to keep them productive and engaging.
* Providing quick and helpful customer support to handle user questions effectively.
**What We're Looking For**
The ideal candidate has at least three years of growth marketing experience at a Web3 or blockchain company, especially if it was in a startup setting. You should be comfortable creating and managing marketing campaigns across all kinds of digital channels, including web, email, social media, and video.
We're also looking for someone who:
* Has a proven track record of growing communities on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
* Can skillfully and tactfully resolve user issues within 24 hours.
* Has a strong grasp of performance marketing, data analytics, and tools like SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
* Is a great project manager and communicator, able to work with global teams across different time zones.
