**The Role: Account Executive**
As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our expansion, taking charge of the entire sales cycle in a fresh, untapped territory. Your main focus will be on landing and growing enterprise-level accounts. We’re looking for someone with a lot of drive, a love for learning, and the ambition to earn big.
You’ll be building trust with a wide range of people—from Product Managers and Business Analysts to CX leaders and DevOps teams. This is a crucial role where you’ll use your enterprise SaaS sales background to build compelling business cases and drive real growth. **What You'll Be Doing:**
* You’ll be in charge of finding, qualifying, and closing deals with new enterprise clients.
* It’ll be up to you to create and execute smart account plans that build a reliable revenue pipeline.
* You’ll lead deep discovery sessions to understand what customers truly need and show them how our solutions can help them hit their targets.
* You’ll navigate complex sales cycles that involve a lot of different stakeholders and decision-makers.
* A big part of your job will be working with potential clients to build a strong business case that clearly shows the ROI of investing in our platform.
* The goal is to become a trusted advisor, building strong, long-term relationships and positioning yourself as a go-to partner for your clients' success.
* You’ll need to stay on top of our platform’s features, what the competition is doing, and where the industry is headed to communicate our value effectively.
**What We're Looking For:**
* **Language Skills:** You must be completely fluent in both English and Italian to communicate with and support our customers.
* **Sales Chops:** We need someone with a proven track record of not just hitting but crushing sales quotas and closing complex deals with long sales cycles.
* **Business Savvy:** You should have experience developing business cases, proving ROI, and thinking strategically.
* **Great Communicator:** Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must.
* **Relationship Builder:** You should be a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships, especially with C-level executives.
* **Adaptability:** You need to be able to keep up with a fast-moving product and an ever-changing market.
* **Tech Skills:** You should be comfortable using AI tools in a sales context and proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce.
* **Willingness to Travel:** This role requires up to 50% travel.
