Quick Summary
A Senior Workforce Management Analyst plays a crucial strategic role by ensuring staffing levels perfectly align with business needs, both for today and the future, primarily focusing on optimizing Cohere Health's service, Clinical Nursing, and Clinical MD teams. This individual acts as the go-to expert for the Workforce Management (WFM) platform, preferably NICE IEX, using deep data analysis to predict staffing demands, spot trends, and translate complex information into actionable insights for leadership. The position carries a significant financial impact by connecting team performance to the company's financial models, leading new projects, and calculating potential ROI from the ground up. Ever wonder how a company makes sure it has exactly the right number of people on hand to get the job done? That’s where a Senior Workforce Management Analyst comes in. As a key part of the Business Planning and Workforce Management team, you're the strategic thinker who ensures our staffing lines up perfectly with what the business needs, both today and in the future. It’s all about getting the right people in the right roles at the right time, using data and specialized software to make our customer service and clinical teams as effective as possible.
But this isn't just about making schedules. You'll dig deep into the numbers to predict staffing demands, spot trends, and make real, measurable improvements. We’ll count on you to be our go-to expert for the Workforce Management (WFM) platform, translating complex data into straightforward insights that guide our leadership toward smarter decisions.
Here at Cohere Health, your primary focus will be making sure our service, Clinical Nursing, and Clinical MD teams are running at their best. You’ll use the WFM system and your own analytical smarts to bridge the gap between daily staffing decisions and the company's long-term vision.
What you do has a real impact on our bottom line. You'll be connecting the dots between how our teams are performing and the company's financial models. This means you'll get to take the lead on new projects, figuring out the potential return on investment (ROI) and amortization from the ground up. You'll also work closely with our analytics and business intelligence folks to help champion an environment where decisions are backed by solid data.
So, what will your day-to-day actually look like? It’s a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on technical work.
* **Be the WFM Guru:** We’re looking for you to be the company's resident expert on our Workforce Management platform (we have a strong preference for NICE IEX experience).
* **Keep the System Humming:** You’ll handle all the system administration—things like managing user profiles, setting permissions, and collaborating with the team to make sure our forecasting and scheduling tools are always in top shape.
* **Plan for the Future:** You will lead weekly meetings with Service Operations leaders to lock in short-term forecasts and help the team use the Enhanced Strategic Planner to build out our long-range monthly staffing roadmaps.
* **Manage the Now:** You’ll also be instrumental in crafting the daily schedules and staffing plans that ensure our operations run smoothly every single day.
