**What We Offer:**
* Unlimited Paid Time Off
* Contributions to medical benefits, in line with local laws and employment agreements

**What You'll Be Doing:**

* You’ll take full ownership of our revenue systems. This means building and improving custom objects, setting up smart validation rules, and designing Flow automations in Salesforce to support everything from sales and renewals to client health scoring.
* You'll take the lead on Gong for both our Sales and Client Success teams, developing trackers that help us understand sales objections, spot potential churn risks, and find new opportunities for growth.
* You will manage our tech stack (which includes LeadIQ, Spiff, Atrium, and Sales Navigator) to make sure information moves seamlessly across departments, breaking down data silos for good.
* When someone on our revenue team hits a technical wall or finds a bug, you’ll be their first call, troubleshooting the problem to keep our operations running without a hitch.
* You’ll build and manage the dashboards that give us a clear, real-time picture of the business's health—from the sales pipeline and client wellness to Net Retention Rate (NRR) and churn.
* You'll be responsible for the technical engine behind our revenue forecasting, ensuring our leadership has the accurate data they need for both new business and renewals.
* You will proactively audit our Salesforce data and implement processes that guide our Sales reps and CS Managers to enter the right information, consistently and on time.
* You’ll lead focused training sessions for the Sales and CS teams on everything from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding and upselling. You'll also create and maintain the technical playbooks and SOPs that serve as our single source of truth.

**What You Bring to the Table:**

* You have 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, with a solid grasp of Flows and complex system architecture. An ADM-201 certification is a must.
* You’ve worked extensively with Gong, configuring it to meet the specific needs of both Sales and CS teams.
* You’re a pro with Google Sheets or Excel and are comfortable with complex formulas and building data models, especially for revenue forecasting.
* You have a deep understanding of the entire SaaS customer journey, from the first point of contact through renewal and expansion.
* You have a process-driven mindset and enjoy creating smart "guardrails" in systems that prevent errors without making things difficult for the user.
* You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly explain complex technical changes to non-technical team members in Sales, CS, and Finance.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making significant system adjustments as priorities shift.

**Why This Role is Different:**

This isn't just a support role. You are the architect designing the foundation of our company's revenue engine. You'll have the autonomy and authority to reshape how we use Salesforce and Gong to drive growth and support our customer base.

**$43,900 - $52,700 a year**
