**What You'll Be Doing**

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your main focus will be giving our partner bike shops an incredible experience. Think of yourself as their go-to guide and advocate, making sure they feel connected to the Aventon family.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Becoming the ultimate Aventon product expert, ready to sell our e-bikes to both new and existing partners.
* Hitting the road to visit partners, listen to their feedback, understand their challenges, and help them find solutions.
* Building strong connections with bike shops, outdoor brands, and sporting goods stores through regular visits and reliable support.
* Hunting for new retail partners while also taking great care of the accounts you already manage.
* Placing and tracking sales orders to ensure everything gets fulfilled and delivered on time.
* Thinking ahead to anticipate what our partners need, proactively reaching out to improve their experience and drive revenue.
* Training our partners' sales teams on product knowledge and sales tactics so they can succeed.
* Working to meet your monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
* Acting as the vital link between our partners and our leadership team, sharing valuable feedback that helps us get better.

**Are You the Right Fit?**

We're looking for someone with a unique mix of skills and a great personality. If you have a background in sales or retail customer service, that’s a huge plus. A solid understanding of e-bikes is also highly preferred.

* A motivated self-starter who gets excited about finding new partners and growing sales.
* Comfortable with technology and can easily navigate office apps on both PC and Mac (spreadsheets, web browsers, you know the drill).
* An excellent communicator, both in writing and over the phone, with a sharp eye for grammar and detail.
* Someone with a "can-do" attitude who loves solving problems and seeing a task through to the very end.
* Ready and willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
