### Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You’ll manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them through their entire journey with our platform. It’s your job to understand what they want to achieve and make sure our services are helping them hit those goals. Think of yourself as the bridge between your clients and our internal Account Management team.

A big part of your role will be driving retention. This means you'll handle renewals, spot any potential risks before they become problems, and manage cancellation requests. You'll also be the go-to person for any tricky questions or issues they might have about their service or our tools.

We’ll also count on you to bring our Customer Success strategy to life. This involves everything from day-to-day account management and success planning to finding new ways for clients to get more value, which in turn helps us grow revenue and increase customer lifetime value. You’ll also keep an eye on your own performance metrics, work with our Product team to improve the user experience, and help us gather awesome customer reviews and case studies.

### What we’re looking for:

You’ll need at least three years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably at a SaaS company. You’ll really stand out if you have a background in digital marketing—like paid ads, landing page optimization, email marketing, or social media. Experience with Shopify is also a huge plus.

We’re looking for a self-starter with a client-first attitude who’s great at building and maintaining relationships. You should be just as comfortable working on your own as you are collaborating with a diverse team. The right person for this role is tech-savvy, analytical, and driven by results, with the ability to juggle multiple things at once in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills are essential. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English; a second language is a great asset. A relevant degree or diploma is helpful, and you should always be open to learning more.

**Bonus points if you have:**
* Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JS
* Experience with Google Tag Manager
* Familiarity with other marketing automation, CRM, or landing page tools

### A bit about the work environment:

This is a 100% remote role, so you’ll need to have your own workstation, computer, headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection. You may need to download some company software to do your job. You must be available to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone. As part of our hiring process, we may conduct background checks (which could include employment references, criminal records, and credit checks). If hired, you’ll need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your address.

### Why you’ll love working with us:

This is a fully remote position, which means you have the freedom to work from home, wherever you are in the world. You’ll be joining a dynamic and exciting company with a fantastic leadership team that’s committed to your success. We provide comprehensive training and regular performance reviews to help you grow. On top of competitive compensation, we offer great referral programs, amazing discounts on our products for your own side hustle, and the chance to work with a talented, multi-cultural team from all over the globe. As a tight-knit team within a publicly-traded company (TSX Venture Exchange), you’ll find incredible opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Our headquarters are in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
